Working one-on-one is designed to serve your individual needs and goals in your yoga journey.

This option is great for beginners, advanced practitioners, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone recovering from an injury or illness. In the beginning stages of a yoga practice, private instruction can enhance and solidify the poses and techniques in a safe, personalized environment that will help students get the most out of group classes. Advanced practitioners will benefit from going deeper and developing the next level in their practice, whether they are working on challenging poses and advanced sequences, finding a moving meditation, or learning to live yoga practices and principals off the mat. Each session is done at your own pace and the work is tailored for what makes sense for you and your lifestyle.
