Contrast

Contrast is present in everything, like waves as they come in to shore and wash out..consistently in a state of flux. In those moments when contrast is "perceived" as negative or not in favor of what I want; what do I do? It's as if the universe is shaking me, just to make sure that what is in my heart is true. In those quiet moments I whisper.. "yes". I go more inward, more into my truth, and into the raw beauty of my heart to find peace..no matter what is happening around me. I chose to move into my silence. Without pain there would not be beauty. My pain is not greater or less than yours. Everything that resides within is beautiful..everything. In this space I am love... I am free.
